Item(s) are eligible for Return within (14) days of delivery. After (14) days, unfortunately your item is no longer eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging.

Once returned, we will inspect the item(s) for eligibility. If the item(s) do not meet the return eligibility requirements mentioned above, your item will be returned back to the customer.

To begin the return process, you must contact our Customer Service Department for an RA number at Putureclothing@gmail.com. You must provide the following information:

  5. Mailing Address
  6. Reason for return

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping cost for the item(s). We recommend you choose a shipping option that has tracking so that you know it reaches us, or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable; If you are refunded, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Upon receiving your return item(s), we will inspect the item(s) for return eligibility. Your refund will be processed in (10) business days.

For exchanges, please follow the above return policy, and then place a new replacement order online.



Defective Item(s) or Item(s) Delivered Wrongly

If your item(s) arrived damaged or delivered with incorrect item(s) are eligible for free returns paid by us. 

You are also entitled to an exchange Item(s) for another Item(s) or a refund.
